Larry "Huck" Craig Finn, 76, of Idaho Falls, passed away March 15, 2024, at his home.

Huck was born September 3, 1947, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Gerald Jeffs Finn and Elaine Norton Finn. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and graduated from Idaho Falls High School. He also attended Ricks College for two years.

On October 6, 1970, he married Carolyn Steed Finn in Elko, Nevada. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls Temple. Huck and Carolyn made their home in Idaho Falls where Huck worked as a car salesman for many years. He also served in the 116th Unit of the National Guard for six years.

Huck was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He faithfully served in many callings, including serving as a full-time missionary in the Palmyra, New York Mission. He also performed in the Hill Cumorah Pageant. He was an avid hunter and outdoor enthusiast. He loved guns and went to The Gun Shop almost every day. Huck enjoyed good food, especially his Wendy's Frosty's, which he loved to share with others. He also enjoyed poker, bowling, golf, softball, tennis, and attending his grandkids' sporting events. Family was very important to him, especially spending time with his grandkids.

Huck is survived by his wife, Carolyn Finn of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Cari (Shane) Boyle of Rigby, ID; son, Jared Finn of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Tawni (Jayce) Howell of Iona, ID; daughter, Tera Craig of Iona, ID; brother, Steven (Regina) Finn of Ammon, ID; 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 25, 2024, at the Shadow Mountain Ward, 3721 Shadow Mountain Trail, with Bishop Alan Sparks officiating. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 6-7:30 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road, and Monday from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services at the church. Burial will be in the Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery.
