I wish to send my condolences. I knew Hoyt at the INEEL in the NPR Program and golfed when we were much younger men (1990-1993). I golfed with him a few times, he was a good, kind and I know he was a good father, husbund, and grandfather. He always knew what was the most important in life, we will all miss him.
