Hildegard Ricks

Hildegard Bertalott Ricks, 79, of Idaho Falls, passed away on April 21, 2014, at her home. Hildegard was born March 31, 1935, in Frankfurt, Germany. She lived in Germany until she met and married Keith V. Ricks in April of 1956. She left her home and family and moved to the United States with her husband. They raised their four sons; Dan, John, Rod, and Russ, in Idaho Falls. She was a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker. Hildegard was much loved and will be greatly missed. She is survived by: Son: Dan Ricks, Idaho Falls, ID Son: John Ricks, Idaho Falls, ID Son: Rod (LeNea) Ricks, Idaho Falls, ID Grandchildren: Nick Olsen, Danica Ricks, Jessica Speirs, Nicole Ricks, and Taylor Ricks 3 Great Grandchildren and one on the way She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, Russ Ricks; and three sisters. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 25, 2014, at the Teton Newdale Cemetery.
