HENRY "JACK" FISHER
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Henry Alvero Fisher, 84, of Idaho Falls, passed away August 21, 2005, in Idaho Falls.
He was born October 12, 1920, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Lewis Alvero Fisher and Margaret Butler Fisher. He grew up in Swan Valley. He served in the U. S. Army Air Corps during World War II.
He married Vaunda Beth Jones February 17, 1944, in Roswell, New Mexico. Their marriage was solemnized May 29, 1984, in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. He worked as a machinist at the INL until his retirement. They have lived in the Taylor area for the past 30 years. Vaunda passed away January 22, 2003.
An active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he served in various callings over the years. He loved fishing, hunting, and being outdoors. Jack always had horses and enjoyed keeping them.

Sister: Naomi Jacobson of Swan Valley, ID
6 Grandchildren & 9 Great Grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his wife, Vaunda, a son, Randy, and three brothers, Doyle, Marvin, and Von.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 25, 2005, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge, with Bishop Merrill Hanny of the Shelley LDS Taylor Ward officiating.
The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and Thursday for one hour prior to the services, both at Wood Funeral Home.
Burial will be in the Ucon Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home. Military Rites will be performed by the Bonneville County Veterans Memorial Team.
