Helen Psalto

Our loving mother, grandma, great grandma, and friend, Helen Jeanne Psalto, age 77, passed away Monday, August 10, 2015, at Teton Post Acute Care and Rehabilitation Center. Helen was born April 5, 1938, in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, to Henry A. Cournoyer and Jeanne Thompson Cournoyer. Helen was an amazingly kind, caring person. She loved God, her family, her friends, her church, and everyone in it. She was an active member of Gethsemane Baptist Church in Idaho Falls. Helen always had a big warm hug and smile for everyone she met and knew. She loved helping people; she always wanted to be there for anyone in need. She was an amazing, kind, loving, and caring person. “SHE WILL TRULY BE MISSED.” Helen is survived by her daughter, Shelly [Bruce] Wilde of Roberts, ID; son: Bobby [Debbie] of Idaho: son: Larry [Toni] of California: son: Mike of Idaho: son: Matt [Lisa] of Idaho 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 19, 2015, at Gethsemane Baptist Church 2345 West Broadway, Idaho Falls, with Pastor Matt Swenson officiating. The family will visit with friends from 12 noon to 12:45 p.m. Wednesday at the church. The family offers a special thanks to Pastor Swenson and his wife, Wendy, along with the Gethsemane Baptist Church and all her friends, for the love and support you have provided.
