Helen Minton - 05/13/2003 Helen Minton - 05/13/2003 HELEN MINTON IDAHO FALLS, IDAHO - Helen Irene Perkins Minton, 78, of Idaho Falls, died May 10, 2003 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center of natural causes. She was born June 21, 1924 at Union City, Indiana, to Leonard Perkins and Nellie Lewis Perkins. She grew up and attended schools in the area. On October 20, 1956, she married Marion Minton in Pleasant Hill Congregational Christian Church in North Salem, Indiana. Following their marriage they lived in Union City and Greenville. She was a homemaker and mother and worked at the Beckstay Welt Company in Union City for over 30 years. She was a member of the First Congregational Christian Church in Greenville, Ohio. She enjoyed cooking and liked to travel. Private Burial Services were held at the Ammon Cemetery in Idaho Falls, Idaho under the direction of Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge, Idaho Falls, ID 83402-4092.
