Hazel Margaret Pendlebury Palmer, 93, of Idaho Falls, passed away September 4, 2013, at her home. She was under the care of Access Hospice. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 7, 2013 at Grove City Cemetery in Blackfoot. The family will visit with friends from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue, prior to the services at the cemetery.
