Carl & Shirley Woodruff shirley@yostonline.com Leona & family, It's wonderful that you and Harvey served a mission together! I am retired from teaching and Carl has a job in Iowa. We are trying to move back to Idaho. We send our friendship and love at this time of grief from Iowa. Love, The Woodruffs Ted Dennis raredy raredy [raredy@hotmail.com] I had the great privilege of being taught by Mr. Ward in the mid 60's at O.E.Bell, as well as at the brand new machine shop at Idaho Falls High. He was the best teacher I've ever known. I say "Teacher" rather than instructor because he taught us all lessons for life as well as the intricacies of machining metal. In a time of lack of respect for authority, Mr. Ward was held in high esteem by all of my classmates. He was a brilliant and great man and I've often thought about him and the things he taught me through my travels. The sun has lost some of it's shine with his passing. My condolences go out to his family and friends but my sorrow includes all the kids whose lives were touched and made better just by having him as our mentor. God Bless. Ted K. Dennis, 9836 W. Alliance Dr., Boise, ID 83704 Janet Kirby janetkirby43@hotmail.com I am sorry for yout loss. I saw Harvey at the Roy Clark concert last August. Seems like just yesterday... Love Always, Janet High School Class of 1952 Harvey was a member of the I.F. High School graduating class of 1952. We send our sympathy to his family at this difficult time. Todd Hart toddc63@msn.com Harvey was one of the best teachers and mentors I encountered throughout my training and career as a machinist. He truly had a brilliant mind and exceptional way of teaching. He inspired me to pursue a career as a machinist and I've never forgotten his outstanding leadership and integrity. I've used his example throughout my own life. He helped me in many ways while I attended I.F. High School. THANK YOU HARVEY YOU WILL BE MISSED. Todd Hart, Class of 1981 Eibhleis Mac Ian pinkminkbink@yahoo.com Leona, I was one of Harvey's students from IF high school. You probably know me better as Beverly Ritter's granddaughter. Harv was without question the best teacher I ever had. I've never forgotten him over the years. It was such a great pleasure to meet you six years ago. My prayers are with you and your family. Be well, Eibhleis Mac Ian
