HARVEY HOLVERSON IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Harvey Lee Holverson, 68, of Idaho Falls, died April 20, 2007, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center of heart failure. He was born May 11, 1938, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Archie Milton Holverson and Vinnie Elda Fallabaum Holverson. He grew up in Idaho Falls and attended Riverside Elementary School and O. E. Bell Jr. High School. A lifelong resident of Idaho Falls, he worked as a meat cutter, for Westergard Moving & Storage, and for the City of Idaho Falls in the Parks & Recreation Department. He was a member of the Idaho Falls Eagles Lodge #576. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, pool, bingo, horse racing, playing the lottery, softball, jigsaw puzzles, and country music. Harvey was devoted to his many nieces and nephews and loved spending time with them and watching their sports. Survivors include: Brother: Dean (Della) Holverson, Idaho Falls, ID Brother: Eugene (Barbara) Holverson, Idaho Falls, ID Brother: Marion (Kris) Holverson, Idaho Falls, ID Brother: Reed (Flo) Holverson, Idaho Falls, ID Sister: Elda (Calvin) Cox, Ellensburg, WA Sister: Darlene Christensen, Ririe, ID Sister: Fay (Frank) Pinnock, Rigby, ID Sister: Joyce (Ron) Larsen, Idaho Falls, ID He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Vernon and Jimmie Holverson, a sister-in-law, Marsha Holverson, and a brother-in-law, Newt Christensen. Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 12 Noon, Tuesday, April 24, 2007, at Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will visit with friends for one hour prior to the services at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge. He was such a wonderful man. I ejoyed seeing him at the lodge and also at the differnt parks where he worked. He will be missed dearly. I am really sorry.
