I had the great honor of working with Gwen in the early 90's at RE/MAX Homestead Realty when she was Nancy Thorsen's assistant. She was a lovely lady and I loved to hear about her horses and her kids. I'm sorry for your lost. I wanted you to know, even though I haven't seen her for awhile, she touched my life and she is a lady that I'll never forget. God be with you.

Bert and Family, I am so sorry to hear of Gwen's passing. She and I spent many an hour riding horses, taking riding lessons, and enjoying many conversations over the years. She was perhaps one of the sweetest/kindest ladies I have ever known. I always told my own Mother, in conversation, that Gwen was my second Mom. She listened to many a problem from me and always offered the best advice and support. I also knew and thought very highly of Gene. I'm sorry I cannot attend the funeral, as I am out of town visiting my own parents in Arizona. Please know that Gwen will always be in my thoughts every time I enter a barn and hear the horses or see someone schooling a colt for that next show. Gwen was a very special friend and lady. I will miss her but will always cherish the memories we made. I know in my heart she is riding all those special horses now, in a much more beautiful, safe, and peaceful surrounding with Gene watchful as always.
Sincerely, Vicky and Greg Jennings,
Chapel Road, Swan Valley

I'm so sorry that I missed Gwen's funeral. I don't get the newspaper anymore and I forgot to check for the time and place until today. I hope she is finally at peace. She struggled with some hard things in her life and tried her best to overcome them. I certainly don't know if I could do any better than she did under those circumstance. I hope that your family will find the peace that comes from remembering the good times and the good things about her.
