GWEN CLEMENTS
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Gwendolyn “Gwen” Agnes Jones Clements, 73, of Idaho Falls, died October 8, 2001, at Idaho Falls Care Center.
She was born March 10, 1928, at Lincoln, to Fredrick Charles Mark Jones and Lydia Shurtliff Jones. She grew up and attended elementary school in Lincoln, then attended Idaho Falls High School.
She married Sterling Roth Clements November 20, 1949, at the family home in Lincoln. Their marriage was solemnized December 27, 1978, in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. She was a homemaker and mother. She also worked in various locations, including White Star Laundry, Roger Brothers Seed Company, Idaho Potato Growers, and the U & I Sugar Factory. Her husband passed away October 26, 1998.
An active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she served in various callings over the years. She loved camping, fishing, reading, crocheting, canning, and doing laundry. She was a hardworking example of integrity, a good cook, and was generous and loving to others.

Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, October 12, 2001, at the Idaho Falls LDS Lincoln 1st Ward, 3700 East Lincoln Road, with Bishop Kim Buck officiating.
The family will visit with friends on Thursday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, and for one hour prior to the services on Friday at the church.
Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
