Guillermo Ojeda Anguiano, lovingly known as "Memo," was born on August 5, 1998, in Villa Morelos, Michoacán, Mexico. He passed away unexpectedly on January 13, 2026, in Driggs, Idaho.
Memo was born, raised, and lived in El Rancho El Fresno, Michoacán, until moving to Idaho Falls, Idaho, in 2020, where he began building a new chapter of his life. Though far from home, he carried his roots, culture, and love for family with him wherever he went.
Memo enjoyed working as a roofer, a trade he learned alongside his brother Manuel. He took pride in his work and truly enjoyed being part of a team. Memo was always willing to learn new things and worked hard at everything he did.
He had a deep love for Jaripeos (Mexican rodeos) and a true passion for playing soccer. His hobbies included fishing, four-wheeling, hunting, dancing, and spending time with family and friends. Memo was a happy, loving, and funny person-always joking around and making others laugh. He was truly the life of the party, and everyone who met him enjoyed his presence. Memo was a kid at heart, with a contagious smile and a spirit that brought people together.
He is survived by his loving partner, Mayra Ortega; his father, Enrique Ojeda Cisneros; his brothers, Manuel (Veronica) Ojeda and Enrique (Angelica) Ojeda; and his sisters, Olivia Ojeda, Patricia (David) Zavala, Isela (Angel) Zavala, Brenda (Fabian) Ojeda, and Marilu (Juan) Ojeda.
Memo was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Maria Guadalupe Anguiano Castro, and his grandfather, Federico Ojeda.
Services will be held on January 21, 2026, at Wood Funeral Home in Ammon, Idaho. Family and friends are invited to gather from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., where a blessing will be offered in his honor.
Memo will be deeply missed and forever remembered for his laughter, love, and the joy he brought into the lives of all who knew him.

Memo nació, creció y vivió en El Rancho El Fresno, Michoacán, hasta que en 2020 se mudó a Idaho Falls, Idaho, donde comenzó una nueva etapa de su vida. A pesar de la distancia, siempre llevó consigo sus raíces, su cultura y el amor por su familia.
