GLENNA M. WILLIAMSON IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Glenna Maurine Bryan Williamson, 71, of Idaho Falls, died October 27, 2004, at the home of her son in Idaho Falls. She was born November 11, 1932, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Floyd Gillespie Bryan and Leah Louise Newman Bryan. She grew up in the area and attended grade school in Ophir, Utah. The family later moved to Ely, Nevada where she graduated from White Pine High School. On February 11, 1951, she married Jay Lyle Williamson in Ely, Nevada. She was a mother and homemaker. She also worked with her husband, first operating a mail and freight line and then as managers of Colemans, a grocery store in Tonopah, Nevada. On December 18, 2003, their marriage was solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. Lyle died on January 3, 2004. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She enjoyed reading, gardening and walking the beaches of Hawaii. Glenna especially loved and enjoyed her grandchildren and always kept busy working and helping others. Surviving are: Son: Joseph Lyle (Leslie) Williamson, Harrogate, England Daughter: Maurine Williamson (Fred) Fisher, Ely, NV Son: Richard L. (Monica) Williamson, Idaho Falls, ID 15 Grandchildren, and 10 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one brother and two sisters. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 1, 2004, at the Ely Nevada LDS Stake Center, with Bishop Douglas Fullmer of the Ely 2nd Ward officiating. The family will meet with friends for one hour prior to the services at the church. Burial will be in the Ely Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
