Glenda Nawrocki

Glenda F. Nawrocki, 85, of Idaho Falls, died on Jan. 7, 2014, at Morningstar Assisted Living in Idaho Falls. She was born August 13, 1928, in Lake Placid, Florida to William and Flora Mae Carter Whidden. She grew up and attended schools in Lakeland, Florida. She was married to Peter F. Nawrocki, Sr. and raised her two sons, Chris and Peter Jr. in Seminole, Florida. She continued to live in Seminole for over 35 years. She moved to Idaho Falls to be near family ten years ago. She worked as a seamstress, in accounting, and retail sales over her lifetime but her greatest joy was with family. Survivors include her sister, Betty Olesky of Lee's Summit, Missouri, sons, Chris Nawrocki of Fort Worth, Texas and Peter (Julie) Nawrocki of Idaho Falls, and her three grandchildren David, Steven, and Katie Nawrocki of Idaho Falls. Private family services will be under the direction of Wood Funeral Home (273 N. Ridge) in Idaho Falls.
