GINA CONTRERAS
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- On April 3, 2009 we lost an angel on earth. Gina Lee Contreras, 34, was taken from her family and friends, She lost a very tough fight with MS.
She was born March 28, 1975 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She grew up in the southeastern Idaho area.
Gina, also known as “Bean Torrez” to her friends, not only loved her family, but she had a deep love for helping kids. She had a way of seeing into your heart and soul and to tell you what you needed and wanted to hear. She wanted to use this gift to become a psychologist and work with troubled kids. She owned and operated Samurai Warrior Supplies. She had a huge passion for life and wanted to make this world better.
She enjoyed dancing, spending time with her family and friends, and every time she went into a room, she filled it with her honesty and forwardness, which made a person love her even more. She let you know that she truly cared and wanted to help. She always had a tough fight, and things were not always the best, but she had a way to make the best out of every situation and bring the best out of people. She brought out the very best in her children and made her husband a better man. She took control of any situation and made the very best of it, to ensure that those she loved were able to be cared for in the very best way. She was a wonderful mother, wife, friend, soul-mate, and homemaker who is truly and deeply missed and loved.

I really enjoyed living in the apartment under yours. You all were so wonderful. I am so sorry for your loss. Gina was awesome. So full of life. She was easy to talk to. I was so surprised to see her Obit in the paper. I am glad I got to know her, and I will miss her. I wish I could go to the funeral but that's not in the cards right now. Thank you for letting me into your lives for the time I lived there. I'll miss you Gina.
