GILDA N. SMITH
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Gilda Natalie Smith, 71, of Idaho
Falls, died August 1, 2004, at the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
She was born December 25, 1932, in Warwick, Rhode Island,
to Luigi Santilli and Amelia Marinelli Santilli. She grew up in the area
and graduated from Warwick Vets High School. Following graduation, she
attended Providence School of Beauty.
She was a mother and homemaker. She worked as a hairstylist
and owned and operated an antique store for many years.
She was a member of Christ the King Roman Catholic Church.
She enjoyed reading, antique collecting and spending time with her children
and grandchildren. Gilda's life demonstrated the resilience of the human
spirit.

Sister: Tosca Ucci, Groton, CT
Sister: Gloria Ihrig, Reno, NV
8 Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Edward Santilli, Nicholas
Santilli, Ernani Santilli, and Arthur Santilli and a sister, Lena Senerchia.
Funeral Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, August
7, 2004, at St. Johns Catholic Church in West Warwick, Rhode Island.
Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in West Warwick.
Local arrangements are under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
