Gary Smith

Gary Frank Smith, 58, of Idaho Falls, passed away on October 22, 2011, at his home. He was born on May 3, 1953, in Idaho Falls to Frank Smith and Mildred Giles Smith. He grew up and attended schools in the area and attended Idaho Falls High School. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. On October 24, 1975, he married Sandra Ann Williams in Idaho Falls. He worked as a laborer in a potato warehouse. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed bowling, riding his bike and loved watching football. Survivors are: Wife: Sandra Smith Son: Joshua M. Smith, Portland, OR Daughter, Christina Romine, Idaho Falls, ID Son: Brian A. Smith, Idaho Falls, ID Brother: Larry Smith Brother: Dale Smith Sister: Terri Smith 3 grandchildren He was preceded in death by a son, Daniel; a sister, Marene; and his parents. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 28, 3011, at Fielding Memorial Park. The family will visit with friends on Friday from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to the services at Wood Funeral Home (273 N.
