Guice Keith Walker, 86, of Iona, Idaho, passed away January 12, 2015, at the University of Utah Medical Center of causes incident to age.
Keith was born October 12, 1928, in Iona, Idaho, to James Leo Walker and Kate Wyatt Walker. He grew up and attended schools in Iona.
On May 17, 1947, he married his sweetheart Norma LaRie Fullmer in Dillon, Montana. To this union were born four children, Ryan, Ronda, Ricky, and Rodney. Keith and Norma made their home in Iona and Keith worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator for the City of Idaho Falls. He retired in 1979. Norma passed away October 13, 1994.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Keith enjoyed visiting with family and friends and taking long walks in Iona. He loved watching the kids play at the City Park. He enjoyed horses, going for rides and going to dinner. He loved old cowboy western movies. He loved watching ball games in person or on TV. He was a constant companion with his son, Ryan. He loved his nice home with the big yard and gardens.

son, Ricky Lee Walker of Idaho Falls, ID,
son, Rodney Keith Walker of Iona, ID.
sister, Leisa Gifford of Iona, ID;
5 grandchildren and ten great grandchildren
He was preceded in death by parents, James Leo Walker and Kate Wyatt Walker, his wife, Norma, a sister, Klyda Walker, three brothers, Lorris Layne Walker, Euil O’Vede Walker, and James Wyatt Walker.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 20, 2015, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road. The family will visit with friends from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday and 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. Tuesday, both at Wood East Side. Burial will be in the Iona Cemetery.
