Franklin Edwin Stacey, 87, of Idaho Falls, passed away February 1, 2024, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
Frank was born November 21, 1936, in Archer, Idaho, to Edwin Worrall Stacey and Mary Elizabeth Browning Stacey. He grew up and attended schools in Archer and graduated from Madison High School in Rexburg in 1955. Frank served as a sergeant in the United States Army during the Korean War.
On April 24, 1965, he married Thelma June Stacey in Rexburg, Idaho. Frank and Thelma made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where Frank worked as a mason.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed work, laying brick and rock. He loved spending time with his family and his diet Coke.
Frank is survived by his wife, Thelma June Stacey of Idaho Falls, ID; son, Scot Stacey of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Shanna (James) Chapman of Clinton, UT; son, Brett (Sherri) Stacey of Idaho Falls, ID; son, Brian (Jessica) Stacey of Idaho Falls, ID; 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
