Francis Cowan

FRANCIS L. COWAN IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Francis Leroy Cowan, 55, of Idaho Falls, died November 6, 2004, at his home of heart failure. He was born May 10, 1949, in Oroville, California, to Russell Walter Cowan and Birdie Magnus Cowan. He has spent the majority of his life in Utah, Idaho, and Montana. He was a truck driver and spent many years on the road. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed rodeo, fishing, playing cards, driving truck, telling stories, and spending time with his grandchildren, Mylie, Cyrus, and Abigale. Surviving are: Daughter: Sara (David) Carter, Pasco, WA Son: Franklin (Aubrey) Cowan, Rigby, ID 3 Grandchildren Private Family Services will be held at a later date under the direction of Wood Funeral Home, Idaho Falls. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Francis Cowan Memorial Fund, c/o of Wood Funeral Home, P. O. Box 51434, Idaho Falls, ID 83405-1434.
