Frances Marie (Landon) Seybold

Frances Marie Seybold, passed from this life on September 12, 2023, in Valencia, California.

She was born December 22, 1929, in Hamer, Idaho, the youngest of nine siblings. Frances Marie attended school in Hamer, Idaho and Idaho Falls, Idaho. She graduated from Idaho Falls High School.

Frances Marie worked for many years for the Atomic Energy Commission in Idaho Falls while raising a family. She enjoyed making crafts, especially decorations for Christmas and was famous for her Christmas candy. She loved camping, nature, and enjoyed traveling to different places around the world. Frances Marie was a sharp bridge player and belonged to several bridge clubs through the years. She loved her family and treasured time she spent with her grandchildren.

Frances Marie is survived by her children, daughter, Linda; son, Jerry; and son, Gary.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Howard Floyd Seybold, who died in an accident in 1972, and her second husband, Cameron Carl Swickard; grandson, Richard Dean Owen; and was the last of nine siblings to pass on.

A graveside service will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 10, 2024, at Basalt Cemetery (943 State St Shelley, Bingham, Idaho, 83274).
