CHELL GROW IDAHO FALLS, ID -- On December 21, 2009, our loving wife, mama, grandma, sister, and friend Florice “Chell” Grow passed away at the age of 75. She died peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family. Chell was born July 12, 1934, in Neola, Utah, to Alfred Dallas Labrum and Alta Florice Fuell Labrum. She graduated from Jordan High School in Sandy, Utah. Chell married Lynn Anderson and was married to him for 17 years; they had four children. Chell then found the love of her life -- Richard H. Grow -- and married him May 22, 1971, in Elko, Nevada. They lived most of their years together in Sandy, Utah. They added three children to their family. After retirement, they made their home here in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Chell was a homemaker and mother, raising seven children. While residing in Idaho, Chell very quickly became known as Grandma Tootsie.
