Feliciano Carrillo, 81, of Mexico, passed away November 23, 2017, at his daughter's home in Idaho Falls. A Rosary Service will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, November 26, 2017, at Saint Bernard's Catholic Church, 584 W. Sexton Street in Blackfoot. A Funeral Mass will be held at 4:30 p.m. following the Rosary at the church.
