MAUREEN SIMPSON
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Eva Maureen Smith Simpson, 44, of Idaho Falls, passed away October 23, 2005, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center of complications of asthma.
She was born October 9, 1961, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to George Frank Smith and Mildred Bessie Giles Smith. She grew up in Washington and attended Evergreen High School.
She married Lyle Daniel Simpson June 16, 1979, in Idaho Falls. She was a homemaker and mother. She also worked as a newspaper carrier.
She was a member of the Salvation Army Church, where she served as a Sunday School Teacher and as a teacher in the League of Mercy Assistance. She enjoyed spending time with Lyle, her children, her brothers, Gary and Dale, and being with her friends, mainly Heather Hudson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Vanessa, a son, Timothy, and her mother-in-law and father-in-law.
Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 29, 2005, at the Shelley-Hillcrest Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Saturday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge, Idaho Falls.
Burial will be in the Shelley-Hillcrest Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
