EUNICE HARDING IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Eunice LaRee Burtenshaw Harding, 78, of Idaho Falls, died December 6, 2006, at her home. She was under the care of Hospice of Eastern Idaho. She was born April 9, 1928, at Shelton to LeRoy Burtenshaw and Ila Charlotte Davenport Burtenshaw. She attended schools in Taylor, Jameston, Shelley, Clark, and graduated from 8th grade at Grant. She attended Midway High School and Firth High School where she graduated in 1946. On June 3, 1948, she married Ivan Fredrick Harding in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. She was a mother and homemaker. She also worked at the Co-Op Creamery, as a nurse's aide at LDS Hospital, as an operator at Mountain Bell Telephone, in the cafeteria at New Sweden School, and at Rogers Brothers Potato Processing Plant. An active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she served in numerous positions including Primary Teacher, Sunday School Teacher, Beehive Teacher, Visiting Teacher, and for 20 years as a temple worker. She also served a full-time mission to the Adam-Ondi-Ahman Missouri Mission. Her interests included making Books of Remembrance and scrapbooks, camping, boating, fishing, and photography. She especially loved spending time with her family. Survivors include: Husband: Ivan Harding, Idaho Falls, ID Son: Blair Ivan (Carolyn) Harding, Idaho Falls, ID Daughter: Annette LaRee (Steve) Saville, Idaho Falls, ID Daughter: Shauna Marie (Keith) McGary, Idaho Falls, ID Brother: Gary Allen Burtenshaw, Idaho Falls, ID Brother: Delmar Ray Burtenshaw, Bueno Park, CA Sister: Judy Kay Minchey, La Palma, CA 5 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren and 3 Step Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, December 11, 2006, at the Idaho Falls LDS Taylor Crossing Ward, 2040 Brentwood Drive, with Bishop Kent Browning officiating. The family will visit with friends on Sunday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge, and for one hour prior to the services at the church. Burial will be in the Ririe-Shelton Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
