Eugene Kelsey, 73, of Idaho Falls, passed away March 7, 2015, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
Eugene was born March 1, 1942, in Boise, Idaho, to Thayne Willard Kelsey and Febe Bessie Day Kelsey.
He married Linda Laurene Chandler and worked as a technical representative for Xerox Corp.
The family will hold Memorial Services at a later date. Further information may be added as it becomes available.
