Emma Elizabeth Croft Henman, 80, of Idaho Falls, passed away July 24, 2013, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center, surrounded by her loved ones.
Emma was born January 30, 1933, in Lorenzo, Idaho, to James Arthur Croft and Esther Danielson Croft. She grew up and attended schools in Rigby and graduated from Rigby High School.
On July 10, 1951, she married Robert Clyde “Bob” Henman in Dubois, Idaho. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. To this union were born five children, Steven, Betty Ann, Michael, Teresa, and Tony. A homemaker and mother, Emma also worked at Kress’ Department Store, Brownell’s Book Store, and Inland Empire Periodicals. Bob passed away June 30, 2013.
An active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Emma served in numerous activities and positions within the church. She enjoyed gardening, reading, and family history work.

Son, Tony Henman of Idaho Falls, ID; two daughters,
Daughter, Betty Ann (Calvin) Johnson of Idaho Falls, ID,
Daughter, Teresa (Lee) Hadfield of Tucson, AZ; four sisters,
Sister, Dorothy Utter of Idaho Falls, ID;
Sister, Bernice (Darald) Lockes of Idaho Falls, ID;
Sister, Maxine Clark of Ririe, ID;
Sister, Margaret (Robert) Landon of Ririe, ID;
Brother, Edward Croft of Ririe, ID;
12 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert 'Bob' Henman, a sister, June Tanner, a brother, Wayne Croft, and a daughter-in-law, Christine Henman.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 30, 2013, at the Idaho Falls LDS 21st Ward, 1155 First Street, with Bishop Michael Baird officiating. The family will visit with friends from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Monday at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road, and Tuesday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery.
