STAGGS REXBURG, ID -- Elston Phineas Staggs, 35, of Rexburg, died September 3, 2002, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center of natural causes. He was born August 12, 1967, at Idaho Falls, to Herman Franklin Staggs and Sharon Ball Staggs. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls, graduating from Bonneville High School. He also attended Idaho State University. Except for five years in Seattle, he lived all his life in southeastern Idaho. He worked as a programmer for a company that supplied background music for hospitals and other companies. He liked to travel and loved big cities and their bright lights. Memorial Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 7, 2002, at the Ammon Cemetery Burial will be in the Ammon Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
