Elsie Smith

Elizabeth "Elsie" Smith, 96, of Idaho Falls, passed away July 29, 2017, at MorningStar Senior Living Center. She was under the care of her loving family and Encompass Hospice. Elsie was born June 22, 1921, in New York, New York, and married William J. Smith. To this union were born three children, Gary, William, and Karen. She moved to Idaho Falls to be near her family, and was a member of Christ the King Roman Catholic Church. Elsie is survived by her children, Gary and Michele Smith of Idaho Falls, ID, William Smith of Sparta, NJ, and Karen and Richard Campillo of Fort Lauderdale, FL; 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 3, 2017, at Christ The King Catholic Church, 17th & Woodruff Avenue, Idaho Falls, with Deacon Chris Reilly. Following the services, the family will visit with friends at the church.
