Elsie Alice Aguirre Napper, 78, a long time resident of Idaho Falls, passed away on February 6, 2013, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 4, 1935, in Deaver, Wyoming to Martin Aguirre and Maria Salazar Aguirre. She grew up in Powell, Wyoming and attended area schools, graduating from Powell High School in 1953. She continued her education at Eastern Montana College earning an Associate’s degree in Education. She later returned to school earning a Baccalaureate degree in Education from Idaho State University. On September 9, 1994, she married David Napper in Idaho Falls. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary and held several positions including President and State Godmother. Elsie spent her life caring for those in need. She was active in the Special Olympics, and Foster Grandparent programs. Her greatest love was for her daughter, two sons and husband Dave. She enjoyed traveling, crafts and animals. She was an active member of the Catholic Church. Survivors are: Husband: David Napper, Idaho Falls, ID Daughter: Aurora Chamberlain (David), Buffalo Grove, IL Son: George (Sheila) Forsman, Ventura, CA Son: Shawn (John), Jacksonville, FL Stepdaughter: Sabrina Robinson, Spokane, WA 3 Grandchildren: Elizabeth Forsman Blaikie Forrest David Chamberlain Kyle Alexander Chamberlain 3 Step Grandchildren: Andrew Robinson Kevin Robinson Crystal Robinson Brother: Joseph Valles, Paramount, CA Several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by; her parents, her first husband Donald Forsman, brother Jess J, Aguirre, and 4 half sisters; and 3 half brothers. The funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, February 15, 2013, at Christ the King Catholic Church (1690 East 17th Street), with Father Raul Covarrubias officiating. A rosary will be said 6:00 p.m. on Thursday night at Wood Funeral Home (273 N. Ridge) with a visitation to follow. Burial will be in Fielding Memorial Park with rites performed by The Fraternal Order of the Eagle Auxiliary. The family suggests memorials donations be made to The Huntsman Cancer Institute, 2000 Circle of Hope Drive, Salt Lake City, Ut 84112.

Ridge) with a visitation to follow. Burial will be in Fielding Memorial Park with rites performed by The Fraternal Order of the Eagle Auxiliary.
