ELMER W. CASE
IDAHO FALLS, ID - Elmer W. Case, 93, of Idaho Falls,
died March 8, 2005, of cancer, at the home of his daughter.
He was born March 5, 1912, in Panguitch, Utah, to Marion
Francis Case and Tora Elisha Burr Case. He attended schools in Panguitch.
During his life, he also lived in Annabella and Richfield, Utah, Benicia
and Artesa, California, then Lewisville, Idaho, and the last 50 years
in Idaho Falls.
He married Marie Knight August 30, 1932, in Annabella,
Utah. She preceded him in death September 12, 1985. He married Ona Farnsworth
Hatch March 2, 1987 in Idaho Falls and they were divorced in 2000. He
worked as a farmer, and a self-employed painter.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day
Saints. He was an honorable father, grandfather and great grandfather
that loved kissing each new baby brought into his home, and he enjoyed
a lifetime of hunting and fishing.

Sister: Thelma Nelson, Halifax, AZ
19 Grandchildren, 38 Great Grandchildren, 19 Great Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Marie, 2 sons, Robert
and Blaine, 5 brothers, 6 sisters and 2 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March
12, 2005, at the Wood Chapel of the Pines, 273 North Ridge Avenue, with
Bruce Case officiating.
The family will visit with friends Friday from 6 to 8
p.m. and Saturday for one hour prior to services, both at Wood Funeral
Home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Idaho Falls
Senior Citizen Center, 535 West 21st Street, Idaho Falls, 83402.
Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction
of Wood Funeral Home.
