Ellen Jo Roberts Fell, 60, of Idaho Falls, passed away March 8, 2017, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. Ellen was born August 9, 1956, in Fort Riley, Kansas, to Gordon Brown Roberts and Irma Rabe Roberts. She lived in Utah for two years but grew up and attended schools in Rigby, Idaho, and graduated from Rigby High School. On November 1, 1974, she married Richard Harry Fell in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. To this union were born three children, Clinton, Keri, and Eric. Ellen and Richard made their home in Shelley, Idaho, and surrounding area, where Ellen was a homemaker and worked as a secretary for the Bingham County Appraiser’s office. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in which she held various positions. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, being a mother, her job in Bingham County, her grandkids, camping, and visiting with close friends and family. Ellen is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Richard Fell of Idaho Falls, ID; father, Gordon Brown Roberts of Rigby, ID; mother, Irma Roberts of Rigby, ID; daughter, Keri Jo (Mike) Eagar of Highland, UT; son, Eric Gordon (Kristina) Fell of Roy, UT; sister, Susan (Hal) Skinner of Rigby, ID; brother, Scott Roberts of Rigby, ID; sister, Kim (Allen) Cottle of Lewisville, ID; and 8 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Clinton Fell; grandparents, Robert and Olga Rabe; grandparents, Alpha Jaques and Isia Roberts; sister, Cindy Roberts; and brother, Ricky Roberts. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 11, 2017, at the Idaho Falls LDS Grandview Ward, 1450 Mountain View Lane, with Bishop Jeff Clifford officiating. The family will visit with friends Friday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue, and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. prior to services at the church. Burial will be in the Taylor Cemetery.
