To the family of Elbert:
I thought the world of him. Every time I saw him, he would make me laugh. He will be missed by so many people. After my father died, I looked to Elbert as a father figure. Janace, I am truly sorry for the loss of your husband and friend. I know he is no longer in pain. He will forever be in our hearts.
God Bless. Colleen
