I will always remember Ed as a creative, outspoken, & colorful individual. I will miss him . . . . . . .
from a friend who didn't leave a name . . .
I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME: The road of life is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family and loved ones. You will have flats called jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, and a driver named Jesus, you will make it to a place of Everlasting Love. My deepest sympathy for your loss. Until the end of time.

Ed was such a giving, caring and sweet person. I had many conversations with him at Fairwinds while visiting my Mother. I know she will miss him -- she was the recipient many times of his giving nature. I will miss his smiling face. My condolences.

The sun seems to have lost some of its brightness and the world some of its color without Sas. How blessed we are to have had such a friend. How much richer our lives are for having known him.
We love you, Sas.

Reading the news of Eddie's funeral brought back so many memories of a very thought full and caring person.
I used to see him when I visited the O. E. Bell Jr. High School as the School Nurse. He was always doing and sharing his talents, like the beautiful blue bracelet that I wear.
