IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Earl Joe "Joe" Louk, 68, of Iona, Idaho, died November 29, 2002 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center from natural causes.
He was born July 29, 1934, in Bone, Idaho, to Joe Louk and Bertha Bernice Davis Louk. He attended Iona schools and graduated in 1952 from Bonneville High School. He later attended Glenn E. Clark Business College for two years.
He married the love of his life, Loretta Rainey, February 17, 1959 in Iona, Idaho. He worked as a truck driver for Bonneville County and as an accountant for Ready To Pour Concrete until he was disabled in 1969.
He was an avid fisherman and hunter and the best husband, dad and grandfather ever!

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 2, 2002, at the Iona Stake Center (Ririe Highway and Iona Road) with Bishop Ken Wrightson of the Iona 2nd Ward officiating.
The family will visit with friends on Sunday from 7-8:30 p.m. at Wood East Side Chapel (963 S. Ammon Road) and for one hour prior to services on Monday at the church.
Burial will be in the Iona Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
