E. Jean Pister

Eula Jean Pister, 70, of Idaho Falls, passed away on August 3, 2016, at her home.

She was born October 3, 1945, in St. Louis, Missouri. She grew up and attended schools in the area. Following high school, she moved to Fresno, California where she attended beauty school.

In June of 1971, she married Raymond David Pister. They were later divorced. She moved to Oregon and then to Idaho Falls. Jean loved taking care of the elderly and worked as a Caregiver in Idaho Falls and surrounding areas. She also enjoyed collecting Elvis mementos.

She is survived by: her Fiancé: Ralph Rodriguez Sr. Daughter: Lisa Szillat of Idaho Falls, Idaho Daughter: Jeanette Colby of Idaho Falls, Idaho Daughter: Yvonne Bloxham of Idaho Falls, Idaho 9 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents; her stepfather; her aunt: and the father of her children.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 12, 2016, at Wood Funeral Home (273 N. Ridge). The family will visit with friends on Friday from 1-1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Ammon Cemetery.
