Dustin R. Johnson - 10/24/2001 Dustin R. Johnson - 10/24/2001 DUSTIN R. JOHNSON Dustin Robert Johnson, our 6 month old son, earned his angel wings on October 21, 2001, and went to heaven. He was born April 22, 2001 in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Jon Carl Johnson and Andrea Marie Johnson. He spent the first five months of his life at Primary Children's Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah and returned home a week ago to be with his family. Surviving are:Father: Jon Johnson, Idaho Falls, IDMother: Andrea Marie Johnson, Idaho Falls, IDTwin Brother: Joshua D. Johnson, Idaho Falls, IDGrandparents: Robert and Carol Siebers, Blackfoot, IDGrandmother: Patricia A. Johnson, Pocatello, IDHe was preceded in death by his grandfather, Douglas Johnson. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m Saturday, October 27, 2001, at the Wood Chapel of the Pines, with his Grandfather, Robert Siebers, and Father Bill Crowley of Christ the King Catholic Church officiating. The family will visit with friends Friday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and for one hour prior to services on Saturday at Wood Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Ammon Cemetery. Flowers would be appreciated, however donations can be made to Ronald McDonald House or Primary Children’s Medical Center in Dusty’s name. Donation slips can be picked up at Wood Funeral Home.
