Douglas Ray McAlpin Mills, 62, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, passed away December 8, 2013 at the Friends And Family Living Center in Idaho Falls. He was under the care of Solace Hospice. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at the Idaho Falls LDS 11th Ward (1235 Juniper Drive) with Bishop Tom Barker officiating. The family will visit with friends from 9:00 to 9:45 prior to services. Burial will be in Shelley Hillcrest Cemetery, with military rites performed by the Bonneville County Veterans Team and Idaho Honor Guard.
