Douglas Eames Denning

Douglas Eames Denning, 74, of Idaho Falls, passed away May 6, 2024, at Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello, Idaho, from complications due to surgery.

Doug was born November 2, 1949, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Edward Jay Denning and Edna Geddes Eames Denning. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and later received his GED.

In 1968, he married Vicky Mountz. They were later divorced in 1981. He married Bonnie Taylor in 1994, and they were later divorced in 2017. Doug made his home in Idaho Falls where he worked as a Glazer for Valley Glass for 33 years.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, boating, and the outdoors, but above all, he was a wonderful father to his children. He showed his love by always providing, always being present, never judging, and even to the death, staying strong. If the world could only have more fathers like Doug...
