Dorothy Cutler

Biography

Mom chose to leave us on a beautiful sunny Easter morning, April 24, 2011. Dorothy Johnson Cutler was born January 20, 1925 to Lloyd Johnson and Leona Jackson Johnson and raised in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Their farm was on the Shelley, Idaho Falls border line. Mom rode a horse to the one room grade school. She then went on to continue her education at Idaho Falls High School. Dorothy married William Royal Cutler January 1, 1942. They had five children: Royal Brent Cutler (Chris), Marilynn C. Moler (Dennis), Debbie C. Hogge (Carlton), Marc Lloyd Cutler (Anna), Shelley Cutler- Jenkins (Phil). She has seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grand children. William preceded Dorothy in death on May 28, 1988. Dorothy enjoyed traveling and making friends. She loves and has always had dogs and cats. GloryBee and Bob’s new home will be with Shelley. The family would like to thank Bette Wright and Betty Daneen for their love shown to our mother. Private family services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Ave.
