Doris Kimble

Doris Marie Stelzer Kimble, 94, of Idaho Falls, passed away July 12, 2011. Doris was born November 12, 1916, in Medicine Lodge, Idaho, to Charles Stelzer and Isabell Robson Stelzer. She grew up and attended schools in Medicine Lodge. She married Raymond M. “Taylor” Kimble. Following their marriage they lived for a short time in Idaho Falls, then farmed in Challis for several years. After they sold the farm they moved to Baker, Oregon, and operated a motel and café there until they retired and moved to Idaho Falls. Taylor preceded her in death. Doris was a Christian and enjoyed china painting and gardening. Doris is survived by her stepdaughter, Connie Cerchione of Idaho Falls, ID. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a brother, and two sisters. Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 12 Noon Monday, July 18, 2011, at the Dubois Cemetery in Dubois, Idaho. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Hands of Hope Hospice, 1379 East 17th Street, Idaho Falls, ID 83404.
