Click Here To View Memorial Video Donna Mae Quinton Young, 79, of Idaho Falls, passed away June 11, 2014, at Lily & Syringa Assisted Living Center of natural causes. She was under the care of her loving family and Hands of Hope Hospice. Donna was born November 1, 1934, in Osgood, Idaho, to Alfred James Quinton and Ella Teressa Sorensen Quinton. She grew up in the Terreton area and lived most of her married life in Idaho Falls. On September 14, 1955, she married Gale E. Young in Terreton, Idaho. Donna and Gale made their home in Idaho Falls, and Donna was a wife, mother, and homemaker. She also worked at Simplot. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, quilting, and camping. Donna is survived by daughter, Sharol (Andy) Aranda of Meridian, ID, son, Dale (Jonna) Young of Idaho Falls, ID, son, Michael R. (Teresa) Young of Ammon, ID, sister, Janis Larsen of Idaho Falls, ID, sister, Margie Haycock of Terreton, ID. 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Gale, her son, Bobby Max, four brothers, and six sisters. Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 21, 2014, at Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery, 4600 South Yellowstone Highway. The family will visit with friends from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Friday and from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, both at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue.
