Donna "Jeanie" Jean (Martin) Patterson

Donna Jean Patterson, 75, of Ammon, passed away July 30, 2023, at her home.

Jeanie was born December 28, 1947, in Rigby, Idaho, to Charles Stuart Martin and Donna B. Carpenter Martin. She grew up and attended schools in Menan, Shelley, and Rigby, Idaho.

In 1983, she married Douglas Conway Patterson in Elko, Nevada. Jeanie and Douglas made their home in Coltman, Idaho, where Jeanie ran a daycare.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed her grandchildren and her nieces and nephews.

Jeanie is survived by her son, Patrick (Kree Jazmine) Patterson of Ammon, ID; brothers, Charles Martin, Nathan Martin, Robert Martin, and Jay Martin; sisters, Fern Martin and Sharron Berrett; 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Donna Martin; husband, Douglas Conway Patterson; and brothers, Charles, George and Dale Martin.

A gathering will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 3, 2023, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road in Ammon, Idaho.
