DONNA M. HARKER
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Donna Mae Harker, 75, of Idaho Falls, died April 19, 2002, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center of natural causes.
She was born January 13, 1927 in Cardston, Alberta, Canada to Keeley Jackson and Hannah Mary Whiting Jackson. She attended school in Oxford, Idaho, then lived in Pocatello for one year and has resided in Idaho Falls for 56 years.
On April 26, 1943, she married Alton Grant Harker in Blackfoot, Idaho. She worked as a clerk for Scott's Stationers, for Don Wilson Drug and for Gretel's Gifts. She also volunteered at the Bonneville Museum.
She enjoyed photography, painting, cross country skiing, hiking, camping and gardening and especially her family.
Surviving are:Son: Ron (Diane) Harker, Idaho Falls, IDSon: A. Kirk (Kathy) Harker, Salt Lake City, UTSon: Darin B. (Terra) Harker, Idaho Falls, IDSon: Lance G. (Ruth Ann) Harker, Twin Falls, IdSister: Mary Jackson 5 Grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband, 2 grandsons, Shane J. and Jason K. Harker.
A Farewell Celebration will be held from 2 to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 22, 2002, at Wood Chapel of the Pines.
