Donald Tingley - 07/19/2002 Donald Tingley - 07/19/2002 DONALD H. TINGLEY IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Donald Harvey Tingley, 69, of Idaho Falls, died July 2, 2002, at Idaho Falls Care Center. He was born February 16, 1933, in Spokane, Washington, to Harvey Tingley and Alice May James Tingley. The family lived in Rockford, Idaho, and then moved to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, where he graduated from Coeur d’Alene High School. He attended the University of Idaho in Moscow and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in 1955. He served in the U. S. Army from 1956-1958 and in the U. S. Army Reserve until 1962. He worked as a Civil Engineer and computer programmer for the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works for 39 years, retiring in 1988. In 1994 he moved to Tempe, Arizona, then six years later moved to Idaho Falls. Memorial Services will be held at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, July 28, 2002 at Rose Hill in Manito Park, Spokane, Washington, with Reverend Don Ott officiating.
