Donald Andrew Pimentel

Donald Andrew Pimentel, 56, of Rigby, passed away April 19, 2022, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

Don was born January 31, 1966, in Lexington, Kentucky, and was adopted at age two by Stanley Pimentel and Ann Rozzi Pimentel. He grew up and attended schools in South and Central America and graduated from High School in Uruguay. He served in the United States Air Force as a Senior Airman in Montana from 1984-1988.

On February 17, 1991, he married Kathleen Harker in Las Vegas, Nevada. They had two children and were later divorced. He moved to Rigby in 1992. Don worked as a foreman for Penford Products in Idaho Falls.

He was a member of the Catholic Church. He enjoyed site seeing and traveling, photography, and grilling.

Don is survived by his daughters, Aimee (Chase) Fleck of Farmersville, TX and Danielle (Nick Perrenoud) Pimentel of Rigby, ID; son, Dustin Pimentel of Rigby, ID; mother, Ann Pimentel of Annandale, VA; step-daughter, Katie (Dan) Matlock of Idaho Falls, ID; step-son, Gerred Jensen of Idaho Falls, ID; brother, Matthew (Julie) Pimentel of Seffner, FL; sister, Andrea (Mark) Tunison of Wilmington, NC; sister, Jennifer Pimentel of Annandale, VA; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Stanley Pimentel.

Private family services will be held.
