DON DAVIS
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Donald Marvin “Don” Davis,
60, of Idaho Falls, passed away May 10, 2005, at his home of heart failure.
He was born April 15, 1945, in Logan, Utah, to Marvin Floyd
Davis and Janet Cowley Davis. He grew up in Logan and attended Ellis Elementary,
Logan Junior High, and graduated from Logan High School. He then attended
Utah State University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in 1969.
He moved to Idaho Falls in 1972, where he met Patricia Ann
Gardzinski. They were married June 7, 1975, in Idaho Falls. He worked as a
Realtor at Voigt Davis Realtors, as a mortgage lender at Washington Federal
Savings & Loan, and in machinery sales for Pitney Bowes.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day
Saints. He was a member of the IFCC Board and served as Secretary of the Realtor
MLS Board. He enjoyed golf, skiing, and was a World War II history buff. Don
loved every person he met and finding homes for them, and especially loved
being Grandpa to his grandchildren, Kelsey Lyn Davis and Zachary Taylor Davis.

Son: Donald Chadwick (Colleen) Davis of Omaha, NE
Sister: Ann (Ray) Nichols of Sun Lakes, AZ
Brother: William E. (Ida) Davis of Logan, UT
2 Grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his parents, his twin brother, Dale, and a brother-in-law,
Max.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May
14, 2005, at the Wood Chapel of the Pines, 273 N. Ridge. The family will visit
with friends Saturday for one hour prior to the services at Wood Funeral Home,
273 N. Ridge. Arrangements are under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Idaho
Falls YMCA, 155 North Corner, Idaho Falls, ID 83402 or the American Heart
Association, 270 South Orchard, Suite #B, Boise, ID 83705.
