Dolores Ann "Dee" Foreman Sanda, 69, of Idaho Falls, passed away peacefully December 18, 2010, at her home, of natural causes. Dee was born October 31, 1941, in Baltimore, Maryland, to Charles Leonard Foreman and Margaret Dolores McCleary Foreman. She grew up in Baltimore and attended St. Andrew's Elementary and St. Andrew's Commercial School. She married Joel R. Sanda February 18, 1961, in Baltimore, Maryland. At the time of their marriage Joel was serving in the U. S. Navy. Throughout their marriage they lived in Bolston, New York, Kittery, Maine, Groton, Connecticut, and Idaho Falls, Idaho. In 1976 Joel retired and they returned to Idaho Falls. They were later divorced. Dee was a homemaker and mother and also worked as a secretary, School District #91 lunch lady and as a teacher's aide for the Head Start Program. She was a member of the Roman Catholic Church. She was a Navy Wife for 20 years and was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles . Dee enjoyed helping children, playing bingo, watching football, reading, cooking for friends and family, and spending time with her grandsons and her friends whom were like family, Surviving are: Daughter: Denise M. Sanda of Idaho Falls Son: Jeffrey A. Sanda of Salt Lake City, UT and two Grandsons, Jeramy Sanda and Jaxson Sanda. Dee was preceded in death by her parents. A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, December 28, 2010, at the Idaho Falls Eagles Lodge, 635 Hemmert Avenue. Burial will be held at a later date in Baltimore, Maryland.
