DEWEY T. MORRIS Dewey Tom Morris, 66, of Idaho Falls, died December 12, 2003, at the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. He was born July 24, 1937, in Saint Anthony, Idaho, to Audie Clinton Morris and Arvella Bloom Morris. He attended schools in the area, graduating from Rigby High School. He married Carolyn Cook and a daughter, Marla, was born to them. They were later divorced. He often recalled and treasured the summers when Marla lived with him and they would spend many hours fishing on Elk Creek in Island Park. He married Bonnie Garner Cutler June 1, 1974, in Idaho Falls and he proudly inherited 4 additional children. He owned and operated AC Morris and Sons Well Drilling. He loved the mountains, taking long drives through Island Park and the Salmon and Challis areas, and enjoyed anything to do with the outdoors; his favorite thing was to spend time with his family, particularly, fishing and camping with his kids and grandkids. Surviving are: Wife: Bonnie Morris, Idaho Falls, ID Daughter: Marla (Dawn) Morris, MO Daughter: Teresa (Brant) Johnson, Idaho Falls, ID Daughter: Cindy (Craig) Wilkie, Idaho Falls, ID Son: John Cutler, Idaho Falls, ID Daughter: Camille (Brian) Cope, Idaho Falls, ID Brother: Allen (Sybil) Morris, Lewisville, ID Sister: Eileen (Sherman) Moore, Rexburg, ID 7 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Warren, and a nephew, Brad Moore. Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday, December 16, 2003, at Wood Chapel of the Pines, 273 North Ridge Avenue. The family will visit with friends on Tuesday for one hour before services at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Grant Central Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home, 273 N.
