Deraek "Duke Larson" Larson

Deraek Patrick Larson, 31, of Idaho Falls, was tragically taken August 16, 2015, in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Deraek, also known as Duke, was born January 1, 1984, in Salmon, Idaho, to Michael Victor Larson and Debra Daine Baker Larson. He grew up and attended schools in Salmon. His desire was to become a professional chef. He will always be remembered for his infectious smile, sense of humor, and his unwavering love for his family and friends. Deraek loved to play chess. He had a huge heart and could not hurt a creature, big or small. Deraek is survived by his parents, Mike Larson and Debbie Larson brother, Debbin Larson sister, Micha Larson sister, Shelly Lord two nephews, many uncles, aunts, and cousins; and his dog, Milo, which he rescued as a puppy.
